You are responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use the services, including a computer, modem, and Internet access (including payment of all fees associated with such access).
MONEYTRAIL IS NOT A BANK. MoneyTrail is not a bank, finanical institution, broker, financial planner, legal advisor or financial advisor. MoneyTrail and/or the Service do not render financially-related advice, including legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for managing your financial accounts. MoneyTrail will not verify any financial data which you decide to enter into the Service, inlcuding amounts, calculations, transactions, allowances, gift cards or IOUs.
